COMPANY HISTORY FOUNDED In 1975, PT. Tesco Indomaritim was established with a focus in marine services such as marine propulsion equipments and producing custom made propellers. With further developments, our foundries now have the capability of manufacturing custom made Propellers with a capacity of up to MM in diameter. MARINE PROPULSION SYSTEM In 1978, PT. Tesco Indomaritim began manufacturing Stern Arrangement for small to medium sized boats. The company have expanded its activities to a wider range of marine equipments to complement the Propulsion Systems and to provide technical expertise in the installation of the Propulsion System package. FACTORY In 1989, PT. Tesco Indomaritim has a total factory land area of 15 hectares with an enclosed workshop of hectares. REPOWERING PROGRAM In 1997, PT. Tesco Indomaritim conducted its first Repowering program on a 98 Meter Landing Ship Tank LST belonging to the Indonesian Navy. Since then, the company has repowered over 30 vessels which includes Frigates, Corvettes, Landing Crafts and Patrol Boats, belonging to the Indonesian Navy. SHIP BUILDING In 2009, PT. Tesco Indomaritim produced a prototype 11 Meter Landing Craft, Vehicle, Personnel LCVP, the first boat that was produced by the company. This was shortly followed by a contract that was awarded to the company by the Indonesian Navy for 20 units of this boat. Since then, PT. Tesco Indomaritim has delivered over 400 Commercial and Defence boats.
